Russia proposed a non-aggression pact with Europe, but the EU has not yet responded, said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko.
"European states have not yet responded to Moscow's proposal to sign a document guaranteeing non-aggression against Europe. This element is missing from the EU's position. At the same time, they persistently seek a seat at the negotiating table. This position excludes the EU's participation in the peace process."
Grushko added that Moscow considers the non-aggression pact one of Russia's security guarantees.
"The EU expresses solidarity with the need to provide security guarantees to Ukraine, but does not mention the same term for Russia."

Update on my Granddaughter...
They got to go home from the hospital, all further tests were canceled as she is drinking once again!!! She was due for a sonogram this morning to check her stomach, but it was canceled and they get to go home!!!
Her mother thanks each and everyone of you for the prayers and well wishes, it worked!!! Thank YOU ALL!!!
