I have lowered my blood pressure through exercise. Six days a week I walk 3 miles a day. One mile in the morning; two in the afternoon. I have found the speed is less important than the consistency. In one months time I have gone from 153/86 to 118/79. I am not on any meds I have limited my caffeine, salt and sugar intake as well. It’s not always easy but it is effective

Elon explained in an interview that one of the greatest threats to humanity it AI. The only way to have a chance is if we get in the ring for faster output. AI will out think us and likely out maneuver us. Without a link, humanity has no chance. A sobering topic that no one else is talking about
