b) The bottom BLACK border has "Done in 30 Q" - this is aligned under the "11:03" such that "in" is under "11", and "30" is under "03" - forming a MIRROR.

c) Therefore, do we MIRROR the "11:03", giving "30:11" leading to "Done on 11th"?

d) Note that the G7 meeting starts in Carbis Bay, St. Ives, Cornwall, England on the 11th,

Intelligent design. They neglect to mention that in this article, but it is an interesting read. Research comes from so many sources. You need to think spherically, not just study science but also alchemy, mythology, ancient esoterica, sacred geometry, chakras, the pineal gland, string theory, quantum physics, the cosmos, it's all relative.
