Today it’s raw egg I put on my face.

I am completely comfortable being a “conspiracy theorist truth teller.” 😂

Call me crazy if you want. I put raw egg membrane on my face today and yes I thought it was crazy myself but there are amazing benefits of eggs. When it dried, I had some leftover egg shell mixed with coconut oil so I exfoliated it off in the shower. I also put aloe in my hair, castor oil in my roots and just before I shampooed I put a little of the egg shell coconut oil in the roots and washed as normal. (The egg shell pictured below, is the clear coat (collagen is so good for skin!) inside of the shall that remained in each egg shell which has benefits for our skin. I just rubbed it on my face.)

My face does feel soft and my hair feels soft and clean.

Swallow all the pills you want everyday but until you make choices aligned with the true you and eliminate voluntarily complying and poisoning yourself, you will keep having problems. Chemicals in some daily stuff just harms and keeps you tolerating toxicity and just cover up your body warning you it doesn’t like your choices or surroundings and wants YOU to make changes.

I’ve even read where some save crushed shells and routinely sprinkle on picky kids food/food occasionally for extra calcium. Interesting to explore….. as dairy is disgusting and “mucusy” sounding to me…… but calcium is good for bones……. so I am intrigued by egg shells this week.

I mixed (washed and dried) egg shells with about 2T of melted/warm coconut oil and a splash of honey. I put it on my hair and washed normally after 20 minutes.

I thought I was crazy also but figured I’d wear a hat if it didn’t wash out instead of looking like I had dandruff but it washed out. 🤷‍♀️

Today I melted coconut oil and warmed it with aloe, a small slice of a banana (like a quarter size ) and its peel , splash of lemon, avocado oil and olive oil. Since eggs are good for hair, but not the heat…… I left that part on for hours then an hour before I showered I put some egg in it. Then I washed as normal.
