(When you eat out you don’t know how they prepare your food especially if it is yesterday’s leftovers heated in the microwave.)

I cannot give you a personal “review” of it just yet but I started taking a capful of olive oil at night 4 nights ago. I don’t really care for the taste as I am not an olive person but it’s nothing bad. I already put it in my hair some so figured, why not. I also took a lemon this morning when I woke up and squeezed it in a glass and splashed 1oz of water in it and drank, which I’ll do occasionally as lemons are good for us.

That’s the bottle I bought. It is in a glass bottle so I figured that was better than plastic bottles.
