I think a Haitian (cannibal?) was being held there too. He was weird. He was locked in some back room at the “station” so I could only see him when he was escorted out to pee. A lot of times the door to the room he was locked in was kept shut. Guess he was kept medicated a lot but I also saw him trying to break through doors and stuff and it scared me. People should treat others how they want to be treated and no one helped me. I had papers, computer, journals, etc and a copy of the letter I gave that demon judge and lawyer but everyone told me my stuff was locked up and I couldn’t get it out. It all killed my nerves. I did a kale salad with poppyseed dressing, 2 boiled eggs, a few carrots and raw zucchini (yum!) dipped in hummus, fruit- mostly pineapple. I also had an apple, banana, cashews and pistachios and coffee with almond milk vanilla creamer and a lemon/orangeade. I’ll also make my own peanut butter cups when I am able but “unreal” is yummy and I’ll probably have one later! ♥️ #Ithaca #hummus #Unreal

As always, if/when I want something sweet, I’ll eat it. When you eat healthier you don’t crave bad stuff. The stuff in sodas & some foods & gums can make people addicted. They keep poisoning their-self all day. I did drink Diet Coke years ago & loved it when I was poisoned & brainwashed but now the thought burns my esophagus. Today I’ve had coffee & I make it w/ filtered water & orange/lemons “lorangeade? 🤣🤷‍♀️)….. might have more fruits added in to come up w/ another name before we know it….. squeezed in filtered water & mixed together it is so good to drink on. I do sweeten it a little w/ stevia. I’ll switch it up if I need to but I definitely don’t use regular POISON sugar. Splenda, equal, all that poison. Some use honey to sweeten. I bet cherries would be good mashed in it…… I need them and peaches in season. Sorry rambling and random but peaches and cherries have been in my head 2 weeks and “frozen” and put out just isn’t the same as fresh! 🍒 🍑

Just now I ate my eggs and avocado and will “munch” on the rest as needed. I failed finishing my veggies and fruit the other night - I just was not hungry but today I will. The dairy free hummus with no poison- makes the veggies yummy . I always love fruit. Just sometimes I am full and sometimes I’m not. Listen to YOUR body…… 🩷💜🧡

WEARING POISON IS NOT LOVING YOURSELF (or others!) treat others how you want to be treated…. Public places and places feeding people and selling food should feed people items NOT with poison or harmful. We MUST do better. Some (kids especially) may rely on us at “public places” and it is poison. It was DISGUSTING the NASTY SHIT they had when I was force medicated and detained against my will. Plus the water on the floor tasted like nasty toilet water.

We never deserved this. Together we can and WILL fix EVERYTHING to make children have a chance to succeed and survive! This has ALL been intentional.

Cook veggies in avocado, hemp, coconut, olive oil (THROW AWAY YOUR CANOLA OIL AND CRAP OILS!) and your favorite seasonings if you struggle getting them in. Use hemp seeds, turmeric, cumin, flax seeds, chia seeds in stuff …… BE CREATIVE! I can’t wait for a kitchen with all kinds of stuff needed for health…. And to play around with cooking myself and make yummy fruit smoothies and even some with hidden veggies in it…….. #healthyyou WE CAN DO THIS! You CAN do this.

OUR PROCESSES ARE EVIL! The air in my first room was set on 61. I stayed frozen. They take most of your clothes & stuff away from you. Then it took me about 3 days before they got me a sweatshirt & something to have a layer because their thin crappy “jail cell outfits” SUCK. I stripped naked when arriving & had no underwear on a while. Just thin ass paper clothes. It took me days to get someone to say, we have a key & can fix the air…. (That was the private room they moved me out of when they needed it for someone else so then I was moved to the room w/ a roommate & a shower curtain that never stayed up. I asked for it to be fixed a second time as once it was- but just like I asked for melatonin - it never happened.

Treat others how YOU want to be treated. What happened to that? 🤷‍♀️

Just like I told compliance with change healthcare care and UhC the truth about Andrew witty being here illegally, vaccines wrong and ivermectin worked in flipping 2021 (they did this ALL on purpose!)…. He said “maybe it’s a medicine you are on.” THEN I thought why the hell does he have me on something like that anyway….. I quit it all.
