All I know, is that I since I have started reading my Bible and given things to GOD and put my faith and trust in Him, my life has completely calmed down and I feel at peace. That no matter what happens, GOD's got me. Just try it. Sit in stillness or go for a walk and talk to Him. I talk to Him all the time throughout my day. He has always listened to me and He has put me on the right path. I am truly sorry you are feeling so frustrated and upset. We all have those days, just don't let it win.
