The range of emotional Energies on the planet right now are off the chart.

For empaths, it's exhausting!

So important to find ways to that resonate with each of us to recognize what's coming from within Us and what we're feeling that's not ours.

Then deal with that Energy in a way that best for our Highest good in the moment.

It can be as simple as drinking clean water, leaving a room or building where the Energy is heavy.
Doing something like singing, dancing, digging in the dirt, a walk in nature, etc.
Relaxing into the release of something we're holding onto, etc.

Sometimes, like now, I recognize the outter Energy and just allow my body to relax, knowing it's temporary, in my own sacred spaces.

Shedding old cellular memories also FEELS exhausting because the body is adjusting and healing, needing down time.
