It is our Higher Self that guides us.
Tries to keep us on track with our Soul Contracts.
Our Higher Self / Spirit is ALWAYS with us, OFFERING Guidance.
Some mislable this as the "holy spirit", referencing a Learned religious term meant to separate gullible people from their Authentic Higher Self.
Yes, loved Ones or Spirit Guides / Angels do & will intervene when a situation would drastically take One off course & interfere with important Soul contracts.
Loved ones aren't hanging out in the sky / heavens watching you.
Because ALL souls are Multi-dimensional, We exist in multiple dimensions at the same time.
Once leaving the body, the Soul will hang around in the ethers of the physical realm for several days.
Trauma can cause a Soul to get trapped indefinitely in this realm / dimension.
Most commonly due to the fear of a nonexistent "hell" upon death!

Thank you for posting this! I had never heard of Dr. Fiore, so fascinating, exactly the information I needed right now!

I walked into a new-to-me book store back in the mid nineties, with an out of town friend, looking for nothing in particular.
The owner, a man, walked up to me and said "I know just what you're looking for."
He led me to a shelf with Dr. Fiore's book, pulled it out and handed it to me.
There was NO way this man could have known the issues I was having with my then significant other and his negative, angry attachment he had picked up during a back surgery!
You will love the 3 actual client sessions (permission given, names changed) she shares in the book.
This confirmed my locating an exceptional hypnotherapy school, which I attended intensive classes for two years, at the same time doing a great deal of self healing and graduated as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
