You know I think one of the downsides of being indoctrinated into a religion is it automatically makes us choose to give our power to something outside of ourselves.
Jesus talked about going within and doing greater works than he did; and yet I see so many Christian’s put authority or someone else on a pedestal and then allow that person to have dominion or authority over their sovereignty. We have to remember we don’t make our decisions to be accepted or to get a approval from anyone. We have choices because free will is a gift and God wants you to choose Him from a place of authentic pure love not from fear of going against the grain.

I also drink Turmeric/Ginger - I stopped eating meat 4 years ago and try to stay as clean as possible with food... I could do better but eating 100 percent clean takes time and isn't that easy , especially when working long hours and having to be around TOXIC people (?).

A little over a year ago I went on a major cleanse. I fasted and juiced .... then I went hard on the ivermectin- I took the pill form but felt the paste was more effective.
