I don't know how those doctors and nurses were able to hold it together while dealing with these poor babies. God bless them all and I hope those little ones are still getting all the help they need and are thriving.

There was a photo of a nurse who was passing on what we learned...her head was bent as she sat...i imagine trying to wrap her head around it all.
It said she had been prepared for some time of what was going on and what she would be walking into...yet she sat...seemingly IMO praying.

Haven't heard any follow-up info on Comfort & Mercy since that time either.

Why would these nurses all be wearing masks??? Those poor kids have already been traumatized. They need real human interaction, smiles, not faceless eyes staring down on them.

I remember that young woman and her seemingly overwhelmed feelings of gratitude that she could help Americans in that way. Now I see she was speaking of the littles rescued from below. 🙏♥️
