Yes, I do believe they are all men, but sadly the medical community and government is feeding into the transgender frenzy. Transgender people are put on major hormones, which BTW they are a huge part of crimes. We all know how hormones impact our behavior. Personally, I think that they are victims of our society at this time in history.

I do agree with you that transgenders are victims, in many ways, especially children who were forced to undergo these modifications and drug regimens for life.

MEN WITH Breast IMPLANTS...having NO HIPS as a woman DOES.
Missing lower curve as women have.
Stomach muscles look different...no wonder women try to look like these...NOT POSSIBLE.

REAL Women have hips...designed by God for birthing babies!
