These highly partisan Democrats will seek to prevent Trump from implementing his agenda. Obama successfully burrowed more than 2,500 political appointees into Trump's first administration. Biden has borrowed more than 1,000. The OPM is supposed to prevent this sort of abuse. Trump's OPM pick is going to need to immediately look at every transfer from appointee to permanent civil service for the last 12 months - the vast majority of these people need to be rooted out ASAP.
