I have been feeling a bit off over the last few months. So my Wife asked me to do the one thing I hate most in life, go to the Dr.
I need some prayer.
My BP was 196/130.
My Dr. told me He almost sent me to the ER.

buy organic and wash it well
if you dont have a juicer you can use a vitamix and a cheesecloth/nut bag to seperate out juice from the stringy bits
im doing tony robbins program and people swear buy it, he starts each day with it

Great suggestons for people to put chopped celery in a blender and then strain to get some juice. Can make sup with the pulp.
I have an Omega Auger Juicer and am also blessed to have Kauai Juice Co. up the road. They use all local organic produce and I can order celery juice by the Gallon from them too. They have one called Liver Cure it's Cucumber, Celery Dandelion, and Burdock. I could live on it. Super energizing!
