Who would gain from staging something in order to blame their opponent?

1. Russia already invaded, so what would this false flag justify?
2. If Russia wanted to blow up the nuclear plant, why didn't they do so as soon as they took over?
3. Radioactive fallout would undoubtedly irradiate the Russian homeland.
4. They have actual nukes, so if they want to threaten Europe (or anyone else), they don't need a nuclear plant.

Guess who would need to bomb a plant in order to threaten Europe? Zelensky. It could drag NATO in on his side, which is his only hope of holding onto power. That it would kill lots of Ukrainians wouldn't matter, as it's clear he doesn't care about his people. He is:
1. Urging untrained civilians to fight the world's 3rd most-powerful army.
2. Preventing civilian men from escaping the violence.
3. Lying about how well they are doing against the Russians so more people will join the fight.
4. Allowing his military to hide amongst the civilian population.
