Yes. Essentially, Q is the modern representation of the President's Secret Army. George Washington actually had the origin with the Culper Ring and a special reconnaissance and fast assault teams. I don't know who this Charlie guy is, so I don't speak to his legitimacy, but for those that know the history of these elite executive special service groups it is common knowledge that Q is the descendent of the likes of the Culper RIng.

Dr Charlie Ward whom is not a Dr is a scammer. Use duck duck or google and you will soon find out he is a scammer. Same with his side kick Simon Parkes, both of them have lost their marbels. I first came across Charlie when he was running The Hidden King scam and after he got basted he started doing the Q thing. Q has been in business as long as we have been in the Digital Age. He's an infiltrator in the electronic ether. The Rainbow Warrior souls are the ones that time travel and have been doing so for almost 6000 years. This plan has been working in the background for a long time. It's a task with billions of moving parts. You can't change history much, it changes the future, but you can influence the minds of the people.
