I don't know the details of the AL proposed Law, but like you say, anything that puts a Death Penalty on these Monsters is a GOOD START.

I advocate for MANDATORY DEATH SENTENCES for all pedophilia (and other heinous crimes). Rape a kid and it's up the gallows they go with full humiliation - NO EXCEPTIONS.
