Kat, our Wartime President posted PRESIDENTIAL ORDERS for the Officials (Administrators) of COLORADO, INC. (incorporated 1876) to RELEASE TINA PETERS IMMEDIATELY and in one post he used the word, "tortured".
This is highly significant and an important term of Law, specifically in regards to THE LAWS OF WARFARE.
WE ARE AT WAR. (AUMF 2001 not rescinded)
THE WAR AGAINST TERROR.
"Torture" is mentioned dozens of times in the DOD LAW OF WARFARE MANUAL and is absolutely, totally prohibited under the Geneva Convention, International Treaties, and Laws of Armed Conflict:
"1.6.3.4 Convention Against Torture. The United States is a Party to the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment..."
What COLORADO, INC. Officials are engaged in, besides TERRORISM, is TORTURE, IMO.
That would mean they qualify as WAR CRIMINALS.

My understanding is Judge never took Oath, Colorado is holding her out of their jurisdiction seeing it was a Presidential FEDERAL election so state has no authority to hold her. Venezuela whistle blower connected to elections Tina whistle blower kept from testifying.
