Lilly..
wasn't told but found as I grow older I need less.

Have often pondered on "Man does not live on bread alone but every word that proceeds from the mouth of God." This was said when wondering in desert after being freed from Egypt.

Tis is where I started wondering...
Also only time I crave is when I eat what we call wheat bread pasta or rice. Thought since 15 or 16 yrs it was food allergies (Allergies make you want more,,ie: Diabetics crave sugar.. sugar makes us all crave, as well as enhancers planted in food to make you want more..

I find Fresh or steamed vegies stop craving (not starches.) If I eat what they call bread (BUT DOES NOT RESEMBLE THE NUTRITIONAL baked grains of the past) I keep wanting more. Potatoes don't do that. Also if you don't have healthy fats YOUR body will hold fats. Butter is good for you. Just as is Raw a2a2 Whole Milk.
WHOLE FOODS digest well. 2% does not digest as a whole food. I just drink LESS Whole, though still cannot get RAW M

I either eat one meal or four or five small snacks like a string cheese or one slice of meat. I wrestled when a kid and ate this way to get to weight. When I was over weight I ate 3 large meals with bread at every meal. No matter what I was eating bread and butter. I think they used to call the way I eat caveman diet.

The most key element in my heart healthy and skin healthy regimen is no processed foods. Period. Natural foods without the interference of packaging render the most nutrition without waste. Local ranchers and farmers work hard to produce good foods. Processing plants work hard to remove those good parts and insert long shelf life into the food.

Also think ancestor may play a part. Have friends that have no cravings with breads..Ancient Grain REAL Breads.
I do..but no issue with Yellow potatoes, some do.

Story is you must BREAK THE FAST for Breakfast..balcony,
Coffee with cream works for me!

You eat when you are hungary and you eat clean food.
When you eat clean food you are less likely to get hungary often.

I would rather not have to eat at all.
It's a chore, it costs a lot, makes you go to the store and bathroom much too often (toilet paper but not only that), makes you sick more than anything else in many cases, makes a lot of people obese and dependant on others, etc.

I eat proteins to be able to sleep (I have my own situation) and produce so I don't have colds (we never "catch" colds).
