I either eat one meal or four or five small snacks like a string cheese or one slice of meat. I wrestled when a kid and ate this way to get to weight. When I was over weight I ate 3 large meals with bread at every meal. No matter what I was eating bread and butter. I think they used to call the way I eat caveman diet.
