It's hard to comprehend what that means, tho.
The Cabal intended to wipe out all Humanity, to harvest us all including our Children, reduce the world Human Population to less than 500 Million and according to Gene Decode, those were to be Chinese who never stood up against their Emperors in their history...

I share your worry and grief, but the real REALITY is that we were globally attacked by a Non-Human species (plural) in an act of DEMOCIDE just as Pascal Najadi correctly coined, to wipe out of a SPECIES - Homo Sapiens.
The Military Alliance deployed countermeasures perfectly per THE PLAN but not all Humanity could be saved as is the case in all WAR. QTSR stated something like the Military tried to keep total deaths under 40 million as opposed to BILLIONS - what was to be a total wipe-out.
Sometimes only choices in War is BAD & WORSE.
