that the IRS was a Private Trust formed in Puerto Rico thoroughly engaged in Criminal Fraud.
THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DESERVE FULL REFUNDS OF ALL INCOME TAXES EVER PAID,
just as an important side mention.
FRAUDSTERS CAN'T KEEP THE MONEY THEY STOLE!
