Using font manipulation, Comey (and others, most likely) used the letters "r" and "n" and made them appear, to the naked eye, as a "m".
By doing so, when a computer is used to look up a FOIA request for Comey nothing daming can be found.
Because Comey got indicted during harvest season, I think this is what Q3525 means.
I have no proof of others committing the same act, but I wouldn't be surprised if we learn that it was done by many more.
