I haven't read the current Manual for Courts-Martial, but I will. What I was referring to is this statement in the article: "You’re being detained as an enemy combatant; you have no right,” one of the JAG agents told her.
I believe that is the reason Lindsey Graham asked Brett Kavanaugh about civilian vs military laws and enemy combatants.

Civilians can absolutely be subject to The Laws Of Armed Conflict taking them into the system of Military Justice (1775) which is Superior to Civilian Law. We had Military Law & Regulation before we even had a Country or a Constitution.
Then, in addition to the AUMF 2001, we have always been under Martial Law since the Civil War since that was never rescinded, either.

I understand that, as anons, we should decern what is true and what is false. My concern is, the United States fraudulently became a corporation in 1871. Since fraud vitiates everything, can we use AUMF 2001, since it was passed by the corporation? I don't think we can pick and choose what is vitiated. I'm not sure if the 2nd Declaration of Independence, signed on July 4, 2020, is true or not. There are mistakes in it, but is this one a draft copy?

Now Bijowi that's a very good question, and it gets confusing. What actions are part of the now dissolved Corporation, and what actions are part of the Republic, and what actions are part of Continuity Of Government (COG) to achieve Enduring Constitutional Government (ECG).
I don't have a clear answer on that one, because I'm just a Rancher, but I have a hunch who does...JAG CORPS.
I think one major factor is Martial Law, which to my knowledge was never rescinded after the Civil War, and as such, we would all therefore be subject to a Martial Law Jurisdiction 24/7, to whatever degree it is being implemented, and also to the Laws of Warfare, because the military contest really going on is between the Republic and the 1871 Corporation, under Martial Law.
Then when the Corporation became the Belligerent Occupier January 20, 2021, that brought the Laws of Belligerent Occupation into play as the fake Biden admin asserted its control and authority over our Land.
