Ingrid, there was a White House Staff whistleblower that several years ago gave video testimony that he walked into Dick Cheney's Office and actually saw the detailed plans for the 911 attacks before they took place (featured on beforeitsnews.com but I cannot find it anymore).
He said he was immediately confronted and told him if he ever spoke a word about what he saw, that he (and possibly his family, if I remember correctly) would be killed.
