I have lost many jobs in central florida because I am not black and they wanted to hire a black person. I could talk for an hour about it. And I cannot get hired in other jobs because I DO NOT SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH! This is suck bullshit because the Spanish people don't want to speak English. They come here, take jobs and suck off the government and a lot of them refuse to speak English and they don't make their kids learn it in school so they can get Spanish speaking teachers.

kids will catch on to english easily. so let them be. they dont need a spanish teacher. so many came to this country with no english at all and learned it from their kids. of course the elders didnt want to learn. but that was their problem. their demands were the focus=poor little kids--- liberal ideals. to get votes was the whole purpose. and i thought they wanted a better life? you want to work here in any job? understand or learn english. be proud instead of hiding behind your language. i dont feel sorry for them. many are good hands on workers as they did this where they came from. some good and of course some aweful and its showing up in the building sites..but paid cheap fees the corporate likes that.. something in this venue has to be addressed.. sorry your job search is hard. keep looking as the right one hasnt found you... blessings.

she could at least teach him hello and how to tell other children his name. It is sad. I don't say anything to them because I don't want to interfere.

maybe gently say hi. how are you in english. your name ?pointing to you? then to him? it is foreign to him. momma doesnt want to look stupid so they dont interact. i hear that all the time..."i do not speak english well so i wont=defeats their purpose.. kids are really smart as no bias.sign language they get heart. dog, cat, horse. shoes etc anything to get a connection. unless she complains i would at least try.. maybe both of them can learn. maybe you can get something started. she must be lonely. is the environment safe for you?.just throwing some ideas out if you want to pursue.. your not interfering you are investing in his future
