🙏❤️🤗🕊️I just found out, my niece is back in the hospital again. Her oxygen is low. She has had health issues most of her life. She has Chron's disease and other health issues, as well. And to boot her Birthday was yesterday. If everyone could please say a prayer for her. I would appreciate it.🙏❤️🤗🕊️

I am using a low dose nicotine patch to help with my IBS. I cut a 21 mg patch into 8 pieces a less than 3 mg patch daily. Helps tremendously along with the zinc l-carnosine supplement.
