This very important precedent of Law has been accepted for 147 years even by the Admiralty Courts of the Crown & BAR Association, let alone the Common Law courts of the time, so there is no principle of Law which the IRS or the Federal Government can stand on to collect Income Tax, because it was FRAUD. To "vitiate" means to invalidate, and this precedent applies from the moment the fraud first occurred, in this case 1913.
That is in addition to the fact that THERE IS NO LAW IN AMERICA REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF INCOME TAXES. Period.
The Law doesn't exist.
Then, when money was taken under such a fraud, that's when it becomes CRIMINAL FRAUD - when the "victim" is separated from their money.
Criminals cannot keep the money they stole, BTW.
The entire Income Tax Collection Scheme of the Federal Reserve/IRS was EXTORTION, because the threat of being arrested & imprisoned was real.

IRS last contacted me over 4 months ago with a response to my letter that I no longer volunteer to pay taxes by saying they needed another 90 days to review my account, but I have heard nothing.
Jail at this point 67 years old, sounds good. Away from all computers and cell phones, 3 hots and a cot, exercise room, free healthcare( which is no worse now than hospital care), etc.

Fact is, we all already been living in a prison & didn't even know it. William Tompkins disclosing about the Secret Space Programs said, "It's not your planet, it's THEIR laboratory." I'll bet these Repto-Devil monsters put IRS's & FEDERAL RESERVES on all the planets they conquer, frankly. Look how we all fell for the SCAM!
I never, ever told anyone what to do, but I made the decision for myself to not give this ORGANIZED CRIMINAL SYNDICATE ONE MORE PENNY, because they'd just use that penny & every dollar I "volunteer" to pay them in unlawful taxes to just go hurt someone else, to oppress someone else, to harm America & the World and LOOK👀. what DOGE is showing us they done! They nearly destroyed America, the World & Humanity with our stolen tax money.
Frankly, Americans paying the IRS autta be FINED like $50 for funding a Criminal Enterprise, but Americans been harmed enough, so can't do that. 😂

IMO, the best thing that could happen is every penny sent to the IRS by citizens with good intentions of helping our nation by paying our taxes; is for every penny paid in to be returned ASAP. Good citizens that have been duped all these years should be rewarded, not ever penalized because the truth was withheld. President Trump should make a declaration that anyone who has discovered they owe taxes this year are NOT REQUIRED to pay anything owed. That would be a significant first step to bringing about the ending of this unlawful taxation. 😇

Agreed 100% Carol. I am for a 100% refund of all Income Taxes paid to ALL. Folks who paid will surely feel the dupe anyways and fact is, we need to get this stale economy going and nothing would kick-start that off like 1) a full refund of all Income Taxes ever paid in life (for the living), and 2) cancellation and forced refund of all Property Taxes paid.
It is IMPERATIVE that the Deep State funding machine be CUT OFF and what better way to do it so it's gotta be done Cold Turkey. Can't have some Folks paying for other Folk's oppression. Tariffs + that National Sales Tax on new, non-essential items only will cover all our real Republic governments' needs (Federal, State, County & City taxes all can be abolished).
We just gotta be patient, no one knows better what to do or how to do than President & CIC Trump, White Hats & our Military.
People should recognize all these happenings are part of THE PLAN.
No denying it.
Look how far & how fast GREATNESS is coming along!!!
