They would not exist if the services they provide were not in demand. A lot of people forget about that part. Nobody ever seems to want to talk about who is creating them, who is using them, what services they are providing, and who their clients are. It is alway focus on these criminals and not those ones.

I do not believe hyper-violent criminals are Human.
That is my Opinion & I stand by it until DNA tests are performed & publicly released proving otherwise.

I was once told that FBI has a database on very violent criminals & that their DNA is different, but I have no way of confirming that.
