I think you're onto something with the reference to angels regarding Straight crying after meeting the Admiral.
This is why --
Years ago I had an experience that brought forth such deep emotions that I couldn't tell anybody about it for months without crying.
In church during praise & worship, I was hit with a feeling of so much love that I said in my mind, "Oh Lord, I would love to just kiss you on the cheek."
Then I was gone.
I found myself standing on His lap. He was huge and was wearing a white garment; I was tiny and was wearing one also.
I looked down at my hands and bare feet; they were so small, like a toddler's.
He had his arm around me to keep me from falling.
I could not see His face.
Then I was back.
I wanted to know the meaning of what happened.
A year later it came to me when I wasn't even thinking about it.
He wanted me to see myself as He sees me -- as a little child in a white garment, with his arm protecting me.
Even now it makes me 🥲💖✨
