Making healthy choices sounds like something that is too complicated. Actually it is more simple and easy than reading all those false labels. Sugar free is supposed to help reduce calories but actually makes your body and mind more inclined to ingest more calories. I shop at local markets with locally grown food and dairy. I avoid all box, can, package and even frozen dinners. I'm nearly 80 years old and my health is amazing. Other people my age are more prone to arthritis, osteoporosis and cancer. Most people have access to local markets but simply do not seek them out. Too easy to shop at supermarkets and online. Believe me you will NEVER find locally produced natural products there. Local fresh milk with cream still in it. Local grown fruit and veggies. All grass fed beef, local whole chickens all of which have NEVER been frozen.
