AGAINST THE STATE OF CO IN TINA’S CASE? 🥳
The reason is because
TINA WAS ACTUALLY PROTECTING FEDERAL ELECTION RECORDS
which is HER RESPONSIBILITY.
HER JOB.
She retained those records BEFORE
so if anything got altered during that [Dominion] TRUSTED BILL
THE ORIGINAL RECORDS WERE MAINTAINED.
When we compared AFTER their BILL
we found they’d deleted multiple files,
actual Election records & the way the files are accessed,
the programs that allow you to look at
other stuff that’s in there on Elections.
So when we had that data
we were able to figure out the sneaky ways
they were cooking the way the vote records
are accessed in machines in other places.
THAT INSANE JUDGE THAT DID WHAT HE DID TO TINA?
There’s a symbology there.
THE CUP IS NEARLY FULL & THEN GOD STRIKES

To my knowledge, Tina Peters is the only American civilian (& Elected Public Official) who thought fast enough to actually take steps to preserve The 2020 Election Record of any County in a 2020 electronic voting machine before The Election Record itself could be erased. I don't think any other County Clerks in America thought of that, even though Preserving The Record is their Job and Duty under Federal Law.
For those who don't know, making a forensic image of an electronic device is a commonly used & accepted way to obtain evidence from electronic devices for court cases, so there should be absolutely no controversy, whatsoever.
A forensic image is only an "exact copy" of the data that does not change or alter ANY of the original data.
Claim of controversy is PROPAGANDA,
and the fact of Tina's case is,
THERE IS NO CONTROVERSY,
BECAUSE TINA PETERS DID HER JOB.

I understand that everyone in her position were required to preserve the record and only 2 people in the US did.
The rest need to be arrested for NOT doing their job.

Yes, she actually was following the law. Which, treasonously, the judge did not allow to be mentioned to the jury. Some jurists have since found that out and are agreeing to be part of her appeal,
