This video was recently removed from the media library. It concerns #weather manipulation, you know that so called #complot theory , Operation Cumulus 15-12-1952 which had a catastrophic outcome; The Lynmouth Flood. I see many similarities to the current floods

I remember those floods.
We had floods that year too, (two feet deep throughout our house) we lived next to the river Kenwater.
Now i`m thinking maybe those too were part of this agenda?
