First batch...of pickled okra. Got a crate to go. Not stopping til it is empty. I can fit seven 12oz in this canner at a time. I am HOOKED on canning.

Brings back childhood memories with my granddaddy. And the way ALL my kin ate. Very satisfying. Like a duck to water, back to canning.
