Trying to unplug this evening & watched the movie Dog. Recommend it. Afterwords, PRIME advertisement for The Sound of Freedom came up. Clicked it to watch, but 5 minutes in, as the Dad is on the bus going back to pick up his kids, I turned it off. My gut told me they would not be waiting for him.
Made it all thru adulthood by burying shitso deep it never saw the light of day. I was hollow, but I functioned. The last 3 years have eroded close to 50 years from me. It’s really not fair. There is no one in my life interested in pulling out the broken shards of an 11 year old girl, so I need them to stay buried.

How are survivors supposed to take another year or two of this? I am raw as I have been in 35 years.

Last night, I didn't sleep till 3am, woke up at 5am.
Can't sleep. We Know.
Time Is Short For Evil.
This evening, a new voice was barking in the neighborhood. I thought someone got a puppy for Christmas. I waited & waited for someone to help the barking puppy. Finally, I got dressed, went outside to find the puppy. It was tied to MY tree wound around the trees so tight it was scared, shivering, no food, no water. I talked to her before walking up to her asking where is her mommy & daddy. She got so quiet, looked at me while I talked to her.
I got her untangle, & the owner, a stranger showed up. I asked do you always treat little puppies this way?
I said exactly what that stranger needed with force & said to never let ME see this happen again. I told her my heart was broken, ripped out by seeing this puppy abused.
I have no more tolerance.
My compassion for idiots IS tapped. They'll now get Righteous Indignation.

I TOO cannot watch the movie. It may take years before I may be able to watch.
My strength is
Father God, Christ Jesus,
And Holy Spirit guidance, directives.
My focus is always try to put
Father God, Jesus, Holy Spirit First in conversation, Prayers for direction and let the other come when it's time. I will not force myself to do certain things.
I am on a mission through Prayers. Prayers is how I may help those in darkness. Not physically in battle for those but Spiritually I am in battle for those in need.
I see something, someone, I pray for them, asking Father's intervention, provisions, Yeshua's touch, Holy Spirit's guidance. THEN, Thanksgiving to Father God, Jesus, Holy Spirit unction to benefit those at that moment. I can focus on that. Pray for the little ones and let Father God and Jesus carry the load because they know... They know exactly everything about everyone.

I’m so sorry, my heart hurts for you! Having no resolution to deep trauma is such a roller coaster of emotions to continuously deal with! I am keeping you and others like you nightly in my prayers, you are not forgotten! I have my own roller coaster but not the same as yours, 🤗!

Writing 3 pages every morning upon awakening, whatever comes into your head and before you go about your day. You can shred them afterwards. The discipline of writing helps rewire the brain. Julia Cameron explains the process in her book The Artist's Way. I read that years before I heard of a similar technique in Cathy O'Brien's work. It has saved me many a time. Nobody reads it. Anything at all that comes in your mind, just write it out (not typing or using a keyboard). It is the one thing you can always do. If you were in recovery for alcohol or drugs, they would also recommend you start your day with a daily reflection or prayer and meditation. Those have worked for many people I know, but I always do the morning pages first.

You're not alone, we have always been alone, treated like we did something wrong, IT IS NEVER A CHILD'S FAULT.. I keep thinking about the ones still being abused, it keeps me fighting. Not freaking easy and energy low doing it. If we can stop as many as possible, I'll rest ... end Sending out love and hugs..
