Now it is a due process case, and not council tax debt collection, I have the moral and practical basis to fight back. Which I plan to do — they want to break me, and I have to defy and persevere, at any cost. It doesn't matter what you think about council tax, that isn't relevant. Am I entitled to due process and evidence of a lawful court order that they claim exists? Will the authorities dare to argue there is a new administrative branch of the law where this is not required?
