Now it is a due process case, and not council tax debt collection, I have the moral and practical basis to fight back. Which I plan to do — they want to break me, and I have to defy and persevere, at any cost. It doesn't matter what you think about council tax, that isn't relevant. Am I entitled to due process and evidence of a lawful court order that they claim exists? Will the authorities dare to argue there is a new administrative branch of the law where this is not required? I had the bailiffs at the door to collect goods for council tax. He said he had a warrant which I asked him to produce. He then got his tablet out so I told him that it wasn't a real warrant which needs a real signature and a court seal. He threatened to call the police to which I responded with the Police do not attend for civil matters, and closed the door on him. He stamped up and down the road for a bit on the phone, then left. Had another letter from a debt collection agency the other day (old credit card) again threatening to turn up and collect goods. I am looking forward to thanking him for paying my debt off 😂 It does help that I have transferred ownership of my cars into someone else's name, so I haven't got to worry about them clamping the cars or trying to remove them.

DUE PROCESS? When a business is self insured, and you have to fight an insurance claim (Disability) the INSURANCE COMPANY IS THE JUDGE. Not courts for you sucker! They got my house that way!
