Bout a tablespoonful is what I took. But I have been using black seed oil etc a long time. And as they say, do it on a day when you can be near a toilet. Mine was NOT bad, explosive etc. But this dude, he musta been ate up cause he said it was for him. BUT knowing him was probably sucking on them six percent alcohols which turn him into a demon....so Idk if that was the REAL reason he had that reaction. Afterwards said he felt way better. I think he was raised on lots of prepackaged foods.
