My Understanding of this is Continuously Unfolding as Events Play out in Real Time.
I Do Not believe that everyone will be Instantaneously Given Unlimited Amounts of Money or there would be complete CHAOS. It would be like everyone won the Lottery at Once. Everyone would Quit their jobs and buy Everything in Sight.
I believe it will begin with the Disappearance of the Bablylonian Money Magik Debt that has Enslaved Us for Millennia. The Removal of Debt, ALONE, would be enough to Spark Major Abundance and would Create a Huge Shift. People would have the FREEDOM to more than meet their Physical Needs and to have the Opportunity to begin to Share and Invest their Newfound Abundance with others. Craig, I agree with your layout. Banks fail, debt disappears. Then something NESARA-like; National Economic Security and Recovery Act (NESARA) - Like maybe a gold/silver standard backed economy and no more fiat money or banks that trade in it. Then an innovation boom with a release of hidden patents and hidden cures.

Nana would agree with all of that layout just as a practical matter as well both with human behavior and how money works.
I do not have any insight as to this but I also believe that Seniors and those so disabled they may not be made whole should start receiving more money and more medical care.
I would like to see the entire educational system redone and great attention given from birth for the opportunities to connect spirituality for children.
If, IF XRP turns out to be a windfall, I think most of us in it intend to share for the good.
This lifetime has schooled me in more in the govt operations field tho so I guess as much as I have been made to dislike it I would be willing to help there as well. Not as a politician but helping to overwatch.
Will need a med bed first or in the alternate a motorize jazzy chair!
