I may be dense, but being there were people on that plane, why didn't someone go up to the cockpit, find the pilot slumped over in his seat and get on the radio and tell them what's going so they can get help before the military jets were called out? Or, they could be flapping their hands trying to alert them other people are in there? If they can clearly see a pilot slumped in his seat, why wouldn't they see people flailing their hands or putting their faces in the window? Something doesn't sound right. Was it even really on autopilot? There had to be some significant going on that we're not being told.

Those old Cessna II's are one of the few jets that can be flown with a single pilot. If that pilot died in flight (not uncommon any longer) and the autopilot was maintaining straight and level flight, the passengers might not have noticed anything wrong for quite a while.

Until the F-16 showed up at least.

Very fishy. It could be as simple as a vaccident or it could be those vulnerabilities were used to assassinate a family.
