Accts can be traced via IP addresses connected to Microsoft accts. Microsoft also a DOD/CIA creation and, therefore, tax payer dollars funding 1st Amendment Rights violations. Sworn affidavits with acct names/alias..AKA are used in pleading frequently. I used my own name and was doxed directly from my employer.

All true but to claim blatant defamation it would have to be a KNOWN identity. There might be some charges that can be applied.

Agreed..It probably wouldn't fall under defamation. Let's see..tax payer dollars where used to create Twitter (DARPA) and then tax payer dollars where used to fund the salaries of FBI assets who de-platform and dox accts infringing on both 1st Amendment rights and the Equal Protection clause. If the Constitution is a CONTRACT between it's Gov't and its citizens, then it could fall under Contract Law thus breach of Contract claims could arise. Under the theory of anticipatory repudiation, if one party fails to uphold their end of the Contract, then the other party does not need to "perform" their end..like paying taxes.
