For all the peoples of whom we know, the sun has always been the center of their faith, because only she ( in German, the sun is feminine ) guarantees new life. SOL was the sun god of the Romans until Rome praised Jesus as their new god. And the worship of the sun became pagan.

With books of the Bible that have been hidden, the different translations... from why his name was changed, Yeshua to Jesus, to all the different denominations, varying scripture interpretations, etc... it can be very confusing indeed for truth seekers. I have heard this treatise before. But there are 3 points I will state.

- Many things that were done in the secular world, have been "repurposed" for spiritual use. (The beloved Mighty Fortress song by Martin Luther, the tune was a "bar drinking song!' but repurposed.
- The gentleman needs to research the visit of the Magi. With NASA research tools it is indicated (miraculously), the STAR showed up around the 25th of December!
- It is always interesting to me there are those who are so willing to dump anything related to Christianity that they cannot TOTALLY validate, by the Scientific Method (which by the way has imitations!) , but will be willing to believe in the 'Little green men on Mars!'😇
