The case, should SCOTUS take it, is due process. The defendants have yet to mount a defense in the lower court cases. They can defend and get due process if SCOTUS takes the case.

This isn't a treason case. Its merely about their oaths to follow the law. If SCOTUS decides they violated their oaths, they are no longer eligible to serve. It is a civil case. The defendant's only jeopardy is their offices.

Treason charges come later by a different court.

We will see soon.

I think SCOTUS is still captured so they will dismiss it before hearing merits; even if the case was winnable. Fast tracking it could be merely a way to avoid any alt press build up and quietly end the parallel cases.

It will also be yet another emotional blow to anons.
