Listen ya'll it seems that things are coming together and we cant predict what these evils will do being backed up against the last wall.

The case, should SCOTUS take it, is due process. The defendants have yet to mount a defense in the lower court cases. They can defend and get due process if SCOTUS takes the case.
This isn't a treason case. Its merely about their oaths to follow the law. If SCOTUS decides they violated their oaths, they are no longer eligible to serve. It is a civil case. The defendant's only jeopardy is their offices.
Treason charges come later by a different court.

We will see soon.
I think SCOTUS is still captured so they will dismiss it before hearing merits; even if the case was winnable. Fast tracking it could be merely a way to avoid any alt press build up and quietly end the parallel cases.
It will also be yet another emotional blow to anons.

Maybe that is a possibility, but maybe not. Their clerk contacted the brothers and asked them to make some changes and to do it ASAP and get it back to them. They did the requested changes and rewording and then SCOTUS took it and the case was filed on the docket for jan 6th...
will this be relevant at all by Jan 6th IDK but I know things are moving fast now and this court case may not even be the much needed part of the ending...
maybe it was all just to have it on record as to why this happened so history shows one of the legal and final blow to the DS from the Federal level of Treason future generations need to know this case was in the story of corruption being recorded and revealed... We shall see..🙏

That isn't a true statement.
One can have proof of a grievance, a proof of damages, proof of who caused the damages, and even proof of intent to cause damages but if presented in the incorrect court (or against an immune entity) those provable merits are irrelevant and won't be heard. They are still merits.
Powell, Guilianni, and Trump all were handed their hats by the crown but they did have proof ready to present.
