Are you an attorney? What do you mean properly presented? If it were not "properly presented" the court wouldn't even bother. It's a solid suit. The Supreme Court contacted them to fast track the case. Do you know of another case in which this has happened.? Do you have another course of action that is better than this suit? I have never heard the brothers ask for money. They have used their own money and put in a lot of time getting their case(s) through the judicial system. I am unsure what you are so upset about? Simply put if you don't want to give them money don't. I see zero reason for you to be this upset about patriots putting in their own time, money, and energy to get a case through that supports our constitution.
