“Fraud vitiates everything.” That enduring opinion was the crux of the landmark decision handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court in the above referenced case of the 1878 case of United States versus Throckmorton.
So when Phizer claimed it's "vaccine" stopped transmission and used that premise to have entire countries mandate its use, they committed fraud. If they think that their "exemption" from liability will stand up in court when there is clear evidence of malfeasance and fraud they are sadly mistaken.
