I know what worked for my daughter....all from the health food store.
She was scoped......bloody stomach. I didn't give her RX meds at all.

it is best to first start with the basics for stomach flu...such as drink luke warm water first before anything else when you wake up, a nice full glass... and last before you go to bed at night. daily. avoid tea, coffee and juices for a while. get a lot of rest, your body needs rest to heal. Have yoghurt, bananas, instead of tea drink hot water with honey and 3 or 4 mint leaves thrown in, keep your diet light, avoid heavy proteins like meat for a few days.

You've been raising pH with those but the truth is your stomach needs to make lots of acid to melt food and disintegrate it to molecular level. You need kust the opposite, so much acid that all bacteria dies, you need to lower the pH of your stomach on every meal until your stomach starts making the acid itself again. This hydrocloric acid pill with pepsin gets you well in just a few days. Its natural and only adds acid for an hour and completely vanishes when food moves on to the small intestine.
