Diagnosed with GASTORITIS in stomach
I do NOT want to take
omeprazole (Prilosec)
lansoprazole (Prevacid)
esomeprazole (Nexium)
as they cause many side effects & issues
Does anyone have suggestions on natural
healing Foods or supplements???

Aloe vera gel, slippery elm, pre and probitocs would be my go to as well as healing foods like home made bone broths.

If your doc has said its due to a bacterial infection, maybe try garlic and turmeric to try help kill the bad stuff.
