So cool! 5 Apache helicopters just flew down my valley with one going directly over my house on the hill. We heard and felt the rotors of a Chinook earlier this morning... Spring training starting up?? Our valley is often used both for training (we think) and certainly for transport to and from a base to Eastern Washington where they do a lot of "stuff."

It is so disheartening to keep realizing that everything "they" have been telling us about health has been killing us...
don't use salt, don't eat eggs, food pyramid, don't eat fat, use margarine instead of butter, skim milk is better, give kids juice instead of water, less red meat, eat your veggies, but use fat-free dressing, diet anything, aspartame, aluminum, flouride, let alone all the sprays/chemicals GMOs for "better" food. How about stuffing our animals with the wrong kinds of food so their meat and milk is less healthy...

You know, many of us used to read some of the muckraking novels from the early 1900s, yet had no idea that "they" simply improved their methods and we are all still living in similar conditions while the elite still profit and laugh.

So thankful that we are all waking up and that the Dear Lord will have mercy on us as we cry out for help for our children, our countries, and our souls.
