The People need to get busy and start focusing on their personal health IMO. There is plenty of evidence about what is causing chronic disease. If everyone would just start somewhere to improve their own health, and the health of their families, the benefit would become apparent very quickly, and health care costs would decrease significantly. Here are a few suggestions. Pick one or two and just do it:
♡Eliminate or reduce seed oil usage
♡Get a daily 30-45 minute brisk walk in the sunshine
♡Hydrate with one ounce of filtered alkaline water per kilogram of body weight daily if good kidney function. ( divide weight by 2.2)
♡Deep breathing several times a day
♡Walk barefoot for 10-15 minutes a day
♡Reduce processed foods, make your own healthy meals
♡No fast food, no soda, no bottled water
♡Reduce sugar

♡Get out in nature
