HONOR GOD

God, when I consider all that You have made, I am in awe of You. Nothing compares to You! Thank You for loving me. And thank You for showing me what it means to belong to You. Amen.

The Holy Spirit is a gift from our heavenly Father that helps us live in a way that honors God and reflects His character. When we allow the Holy Spirit to shape us, He transforms the ways we think and act.

It's the Holy Spirit who empowers us to make Jesus known throughout the world.

For this reason, living in a Spirit-filled life requires intentionally seeking God every day. It's through intentional time with God that we discover how to make disciples. Then, as we go through life, the Holy Spirit will help us joyfully and boldly make Jesus known to the people He places around us. He will give us the insight, discernment, and courage we need to show Jesus' love to others.

So right now, take a few moments and thank Jesus for the gift of His Holy Spirit. Then, invite the Holy Spirit to come and change the way you and act. Spend some time in silent reflection, and allow the Holy Spirit to bring to mind one or two people that you can share Jesus' love with today.

LIVE EMPOWERED

Imagine God's Spirit hovering over the face of the earth. Everything is dark and without form until God breathes out the words, "Let there be light." In an instant, everything changes. The light pierces the darkness, and what was once invisible is now seen clearly. This is what God's Spirit does. He is always near-bringing light to what was once covered in darkness.

The Holy Spirit is available to anyone who becomes a follower of Jesus, empowering them to live out the calling God has placed on them.

And what has Jesus called all His followers to do? To love God, love others, and make disciples.

Jesus' first disciples wanted Him to stay and restore the kingdom of Israel. But in Acts 1, Jesus hints that His Kingdom wasn't what they were imagining. His Kingdom would continue throughout history by the power of the Holy Spirit and the continual testimony of His disciples.

I disagree. This world is ruled by evil who is constantly misusing God´s name. No one is coming to save us. The only way to come out of this is death.

HOW are we going to "take our country back" when everyone is -I'm sorry- vaccine retarded, or dead from the mRNA, and that includes many in our military?

I think many of us know how this REALLY ends and we don't want to confront that.
I've known since 2000.
Yet I tried to reason around it.
Like a person being cheated on by a lover, you go into denial.
But look at it this way: we already know there is a natural end to each of us, anyway.
Nobody lives forever
(except Enoch and Elijah! lol)
Anyway.
What much difference is there in how you go?
Whether by natural causes or because you refuse the mark of the beast,
the important part is the hereafter
because THAT is eternity,
and this life is meant to be a flash in the pan comparatively.
Think of it like childbirth,
where the pain and turmoil only consumes one day
While you have this child the whole rest of your life.
I think of it like that,
And I put all my fight now into buffering my resolve
To make the right choice when the time comes.
You are empowered for that victory.
We can handle it; that's why we're here.

Overcoming Pessimism (Philip) - Drawing Near - John MacArthur

The twelve apostles included "Philip" (Matt. 10:3).
Pessimism will blind you to the sufficiency of God’s resources.

It's been said that an optimist sees a glass half full; a pessimist sees it half empty. An optimist sees opportunities; a pessimist sees obstacles. In one sense Philip was an optimist. He recognized Jesus as the Messiah and immediately saw an opportunity to share his discovery with Nathanael. In another sense, Philip was a pessimist because on occasions he failed to see what Christ could accomplish despite the apparent obstacles.

On one such occasion Jesus had just finished teaching and healing a crowd of thousands of people. Night was falling and the people were beginning to get hungry. Apparently Philip was responsible for the food, so Jesus asked him, "Where are we to buy bread, that these may eat?" (John 6:5). Lord, I am open to You. When I study Your Word, I wrestle with it, and come to know You better for it. As I come to You in prayer, I wrestle with You. As Jacob wrestled You with his body, I wrestle You with my heart and mind, so that I will be shaped by You. I pray that each day that I rise to praise your name, I will be drawn closer to You and better understand Your will. Amen.

Barely glanced at the sun earlier and my vision went neon green for about 5 minutes then changed to a super dope teal. Eyes open/closed. T’was pretty trippy. All i can say is buckle up. It’s about to get even weirder✨
